Hanwha Vision Launches ConfigPro for Enterprise Device Management

Hanwha Vision has introduced ConfigPro, a new enterprise-grade device management and configuration tool designed to simplify large-scale security installations. Built for multi-site and enterprise environments, ConfigPro enables system integrators and designers to configure, manage and maintain thousands of devices simultaneously through a centralised interface.
Developed on a server-client architecture, ConfigPro reduces installation time and minimises configuration errors by allowing devices to be prepared prior to deployment. Processing tasks are handled at the server level, freeing workstation resources while enhancing system performance and scalability across complex projects.
According to Kevin Choi, Product Manager at Hanwha Vision, configuring devices individually is impractical for modern enterprise deployments. ConfigPro addresses this challenge by enabling simultaneous configuration of multiple devices, significantly accelerating setup and reducing operational complexity.
Designed for security and scalability
ConfigPro can operate as a standalone desktop application or as part of a centralised server-based system connecting multiple client workstations. Communication between server and clients can be established via LAN or securely across remote networks using VPN or port-forwarded connections.
The platform is built on updated code and modernised libraries to strengthen cybersecurity and overall system resilience, supporting high device counts and multi-location deployments.

Template-based configuration tools are also planned to enable faster deployment across multiple devices.
