Johnson Controls Showcases AI-Driven Integrated Security Solutions at GSX

Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, exhibited at Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana, from Sept. 29th - Oct. 1st. At Booth 1955, the company demonstrated how its proven products, digitally enabled solutions and service offerings are transforming security into a data-driven, ROI-focused discipline that enhances safety, efficiency and corporate responsibility.

Drawing on insights gleaned from listening sessions with industry leaders and customers, Johnson Controls pinpointed the strategies and trends set to define the coming year. The resulting report, “Seven Forces Driving the Next Era of Security,” explores video analytics powering business intelligence, lifecycle-based budgeting, AI guided by human oversight, consumer-grade user experiences, mobile-first identity and access, multisensory detection technologies and ESG-aligned efficiency.

“Modern security demands more than just reactive measures, it requires intelligent, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly across operations,” said Greg Parker, vice president, regional lifecycle solutions, Americas at Johnson Controls. “By combining AI-driven incident management with human expertise, we’re empowering organizations to transform their security response systems into strategic operations to inform broader business decisions. Today more than ever, security solutions are essential to resilience, smarter operations and growth.”

At GSX 2025, Johnson Controls will demonstrate how the future of security lies in integrated systems that generate actionable intelligence as customers' expectations shift toward usability, ROI and impact.
