The recently launched report “Green Quadrant: IoT Digital Platforms for Building Operations 2024” found that Siemens’ Building X provides a comprehensive digital suite for advancing digital building operations.

The decarbonization program, part of UAE’s net zero 2050 strategy, aims to cut CO2 emissions by 15,400 tons annually through innovative Siemens technologies.

These devices simplify compliance for restaurants, car washes, laundromats, commercial window washing operations, and other applications where ground-fault protection is needed for wet commercial workplaces.

The project, a demand-driven, customized Internet of Things (IoT) platform with over 7,000 IoT sensors, will ensure a user-centric patient experience, improved patient care, increased energy efficiency, and optimized operations.

The new offering combines Siemens’ Sinec Security Guard and the Siemens Industrial Copilot with ServiceNow’s workflow automation.

BIMPOWER enhances the design process within Revit & also brings the ordering & submittal processes for electrical products to the platform. Such products include busway, bus plugs, multi-family metering, & transformers, to name a few.

This switchboard boasts a streamlined design for rapid, efficient deployment of EV charging stations and various commercial electrical infrastructure anywhere needed in order to comply with green initiatives.

Highlights will include newly launched Climatix Hub, part of Siemens Xcelerator, simplifying sustainable plant management and optimization.
