Swedish company Cibes Lift Group acquires Titan Elevators to strengthen their presence in the strategically important London area and expand the UK business to include lift modernisation and high-speed lifts.

Finland’s fastest growing lift company, Cibes Hissit Oy, acquires 100% of lift company RH Tekniikka. The new acquisition strengthens Cibes’ position in retrofit and turn-key lift projects on the Finnish market and increases the company’s geographical coverage.

Cibes Hissit OY and Amslift OY merge to become one of the biggest lift companies in Finland. The two companies have been working closely together ever since Cibes Lift Group acquired Amslift in 2018, but the merger will take joint operations to the next level.
